Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used cleaning products may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
